Today's wod was horrible. I think it was the late lunch and fighting a pukie. But then just gave up - like I feel shit so ill go worse than need be. Ahhh defence mechanisms are such annoying little pricks. Felt really flushed and hot after wod, still am a few hrs later. I think I want to do this wod again.

Tuesday. Barbell. Cleans 6x4. 45kg. Struggled out of squat. BSQ 6x2 57.5kg fast then slow on 2nd one. Hang snatch pulls 5x4 57.5kg. Handstands, yes got good holds. Nice 4-5 steps. Hollow rocks yes.
Food. Hemp force, 500ml milk, peanut butter, coco oil - can only stomach 1/2. Tanka bar. Protein bar Denise. 2 tacos. Lots of chicken. 1/2 avocado. Small bowl pasta/meatballs/homemade sauce (toms and roast cap) Green juice Hemp force. Baby purée. 11pm big bowl past, meatballs and sauce. Water 2L
Mood average. Felt wired all day, out of homeostasis. Need to allow rest and recovery. Pain in ankle, calf still. Tight tight back.
Sleep. 4+. <4. Low. Worst sleep ever. Lucky I had the day off. Wired from Monday night wod. Need to learn to relax, rest, sleep. Improve sleep hygiene! Too much coffee on Monday. Stopped using electronics at 9pm.
Pre bed- melatonin (2.5g), 2 new mood, 1 alpha brain, 2 doses of magna muscle eze stuff. 1 massage from John "what's wrong with your back?" Hmmmmmm
Wednesday. Yoga with Christian - damn I'm in a bad state mobility wise. Pain in elbow, both forearms, ankle - fuck this! Feels like I'm old and decrepit. Hollow rocks yes
Food. Eggs, sausages, avocado. Make myself finish it all! Toast jam x2 Lunch. Baked beans. Toast x2. Yogurt, jam, banana,green juice. Hemp force shake. Dinner. 4 lamb chops. 1 lovely leg. Broccoli, peas, corn, sweet pot, white potato. I think 1 big carb load before sleep!
Experimenting with food. Lots of protein before noon then eat heaps of carbs after noon and right before bed. Insomnia from low glycogen??
Water - ummmmmm 1.5L maybe not aware?? Mikaila - maintain water intervention! 10 gulps x10!

Mood. Average - cant focus on uni work. Bored. Wish I had more structure in my life ....
Pre bed same as last night but probably no massage just some mobility.

Thursday Crossfit yes - DT. hang power clean 60kg. Lifting. Snatch 5x3 35/then went down to 32.5. Was grumpy which made snatches pretty shit. Was not dropping under. Need to do my drills! BSQ 6x4. 57.5kg Hang clean pull. 65kg. 5x4 Jerks. 5x3 35kg. Very tired tonight. Feel drained. Handstands yes Hollow rocks yes Mobility yes
Food. Toastx2 jam, yogurt jam. Post wod. Green juice. Hemp force. Banana. Didn't sit well. 2 eggs, 1/2 white sweet pot, 1/2 avocado, baked beans. Some yogurt but don't finish it. Starving! Soft shell crab sushi pack. 1/2 red papaya Salmon fillet, chips (from a freezer bag - would prefer real potato but didn't cook). Salad.
Water. About 2L
Mood high (but grumpy/tired/hangry in pm)
Sleep. <30. 6. Great. I wake naturally after about 6 hrs sleep.
Pre bed - yes.

Friday. Rest day. Hollow rocks yes. Mobility yes. Food. Green juice. 2 egg omelette with salmon fillet and 1/2 white sweet pot, yellow capsicum. Cheese. Coffee BLT sandwich. Coffee. Try to make a snack and cook a risotto with a sausage, chickpea, green pea, tomato sauce. Yum risotto is so cheesy and creamy 1 mixed entree Thai food - cant justify a meal after eating risotto 2 double choc muffins, those huge ones. Maybe some more risotto.... Water. Not much 1L. Sleep. <30. 6ish. Great. Wake at about 5 or earlier. Mood. High. Pre bed. Yes. No magna eze stuff.

Saturday. Rest day. Ahhh lovely! Hollow rocks - yes plus 50 extra. Handstands nope Food. Porridge with caramelised pear and apple. Toast marmalade Green juice Jam donut Risotto Rice with green curry chicken from the freezer - 2 lovely legs. Tom and gerrys ?? Ice cream Water. Ugh hardly any. 1L. Mood. High. Sleep. <30. 6 hrs. Wake early and can't get back to sleep. Starting to think 6 hrs is what I need to learn to accept as normal. Think I need to do more yoga and body weight wods. Trying to figure out what is right for me? What do I want from fitness training? What's my priority with what I do with my body?! What results do I want? What's best for longevity? Need to find that balance in my life to achieve pain free, be strong and fit. A yoga binge is coming on

It's been a few days. Kind of got over training temporarily. Just need to be smart and do some of my own training/programming.
Sunday. Rest day. Handstands in yard. Hollow rocks. Mobility.
Food. Green juice.....something? Lamington coffee. Hmmmm lunch? Chocolate covered macadamia nuts. Dinner BBQ chicken, avo, roll, lettuce. Ben and gerrys!!!
Sleep. ? Mood. High. Water. Some
Monday. Rest day again. Mobility. Handstands, pretty sloppy. Hollow rocks.
Food. Green juice. Chicken cheese omelette. Chicken bacon lettuce sandwich - gluten free bread. Spaghetti bolognese (thought I got gluten free pasta but it was just normal pasta, oh well) Ben and gerrys 3 nights in a row. Score.
Pretty sure I've forgotten some snacks here...6 rice thins jam peanut butter!

Tonight, same plus mag drink and glucosamine x2. Pain vs soreness.

Wednesday. Wod 200 hollow rock movements
Food. Not much.
Sleep 0-2 hrs! Just didn't pull off no sleep and cried myself to sleep at lunch time. Get up to go wod. Very anxious.
Mood - crazy women took over my body.
Thursday Wedding day. Rest day.
Food. Gluten free toast green juice. 2 lattes. High tea - yummmmm. Champaign More champaign and cheese biscuits Dinner seafood buffet! More alcohol.
Sleep. Maybe 3 hours, low quality.
Mood. Tense!! Then high. Best day.
I can get up at 5:30am! I sprung out of bed. So I know I can repeat this.
Friday Hollow rocks only.

Also had some sushi today as I forgot to eat lunch. Cake covered that!
Stoked up on gluten free food to really go gluten free. Johns buying my curcumin vitamins tomorrow. I've been taking 2x2 new mood, 2x1krill oil, 1x2 glucosamine, 1 melatonin, all week.
Had a nap for 90 mins today as John drove me home.

Monday. Wod Handstands About to do hollow rocks, intoxicated hollow rocks. Strength. Didn't do any squats I swear...after not squatting I moved onto shrug-high hang snatch-snatch balance. 15-20kg. Lots of reps. Then handstands.
Food. GF toast vegemite.Green juice. Yakult coffee Yogurt. Yakult. Banana Chai latte. Training - catered. Sandwiches fruit. Hemp force bar! Amazing. Half red paw paw. Hemp force shake. GF pasta, bolog. Sauce. Wine.

Vitamins. Yes same as noted above. Added curcumin into routine. Started stron bone. Started new krill oil. Magna eze powder.
So I'm reducing gluten and introduced 2 new vitamins. Goodbye inflammation and hello pain free joints!

Wednesday. Yoga with Christian. Hollow rocks. Hollow roll to superman - so easy could do over 10 rolls. They used to be so hard! no handstands.
Food. Green juice. Bacon eggs GF toast. Yakult. Coffee Yogurt Yakult blood orange GF toasted s/wich ham cheese baby spinach avo. Coffee Hemp force bar Pork chop apple sauce broccoli peas baked sweet pot and potato - also stole 2/3 of johns pork chop. Wine.
Vitamins - yes. 1x3 stron bone. 2x2 krill oil (new brand). 1x2 glucosamine. 2x2 new mood. 1 melatonin. 2x1 curcumin. 2 scoops mag powder. Almost choked on tonight's lot!
Water hmmm not sure. 1-2L. Sleep 0-2 hrs. Mood low. Managed to cope. Felt overwhelmed in yoga like I could cry. Pulled off good coping strategies at prac today.
Thinking of having a break from bb for 6 weeks. But said that last time, I love it too much. Regularly can't sleep Tuesday night following bb. I think I'll finish up with these posts too and move to a more private form of "journaling".

Thursday Hollow rocks. No handstands - the teenagers making out at the park put me off too much lol! Did mobility post bb. Lifting. I love lifting. Can't believe I wanted a break. Snatch 5x4 35kg. BSQ 6x6 55kg - got them in! Hang clean pull 5x4 60kg. Snatch needs more drills. But just working through feeling drained so 35kg was heavy tonight. Need to drop drop drop! Pull under the bar. Pull under the bar. Pull under the bar. Did do a few nice drops! Priorities with getting through prac and uni right now.
Food. I love documenting my food, not sure why!?! Green juice. Bacon egg GF toasted sandwich thanks hubby! X Yakult Coffee Greek yogurt with jam. Watermelon strawberries. Coffee. Wheat cookie (this school is full of fresh baked cookies pastries everyday) my tummy hurts at lunch time and I wonder if no gluten for 3 days and then cookie hurts? Or too much coffee? Most likely coffee but interesting observation. Toast x2 GF. Avo, ham, cheese, baby spinach. Yakult. Coffee. I think another cookie. Hemp force bar. Friday Wod - yes. Not the best attitude during wod. was exhausted from work so used that as an excuse. Good to reflect on. I actually didn't do too bad but only pushed myself 25% of the time. But gotta #stopbeingabitch - hopefully in this lifetime. Hollow rocks. Non handstands.

Saturday Handstands Yet to do hollow rocks..... Lifting. Cleans 5x2 50/52kg for the rest. Snatch balance 5x3 25/25/25/30/35 still scared. Good to have Sam modelling 45kg!!!!! BSQ 6x2 60kg. Skipped pulls to do plyometric movements - weighted box jumps, 20" 8kg dumb bells. Jump for height. Stepping off high box (plus box jump) 94cm/37" - forgot to step off at times as got carried away with max box jump. Box jumps from seated position 30" plus 15kg weight plate.
Food Coffee and bacon egg sandwich from cafe. 2 Yakult. Hemp force shake. Chicken cheese mayo GF toastie 1/4 watermelon and small tuna sushi. Rhubarb tart and iced coffee (large) Pork chop. Steamed broccoli and cauliflower. 3 glasses champaign some cognac. Have Ben and gerrys in the freezer. Alcohol is trending right now
(Last night - hemp force bar, chicken cheese, mayo GF toastie)
Vitamins - yes. Plus Epsom salt bath! Amazing. Aim for 3x week.
