Thursday Crossfit. Yes. Some friendly competition, didn't feel too awful. Must decrease avoidance bx. Shoulder press. Bent over row. 6x5 20kg. Lifting. YES!!! Snatch. Clean & jerk. X3/x2/x2/x1x1/x1 S. 25/28/30/35/38/41 (Power 41) PB. 6kg from goal. Fuck you 40kg! Bah! C&J. 35/42.5/45/48/51/55X no 55 tonight. DO JERK DRILLS heavy FSQ. 60. 62.5X RDL. 3x5 55kg. handstands. Yes. 5 second handstand hold! Walked 4 steps again. Just need to keep practising. Food. Pre wod oats milk oil. Green juice. Hemp force and coconut water. @real food banana bread ricotta honey. Latte. Beef shepherds pie - omg delicious!! Chicken baked in sauce, potato, sweet pot (orange+purple), broccoli , Waffle. Burnt fig ice cream.
Water. 1.5L. In order to increase the frequency of how often I drink 10 gulps of water, I will reward every instance with a tick and every tenth tick can be exchanged for chocolate or other awesome food. Yeah....

Friday Crossfit yes Lifting FSQ 5/5/3/3/1/1. 35/45/55/55 then failed. Tried jumping from 55 to 65, didn't work. Failed 62.5 and 60. Okay cos its Friday Handstands yes. Feeling tired tonight!
Food. Waffle ice cream. Green juice. 2 toast jam butter Leftover chicken wingsc(3) baked potato. Big bowl pumpkin and roast capsicum soup. 2 egg omelette with cheese. Hemp force shake coco water Bowl pasta ravioli with sauce. 1.5 waffles with ice cream.
Water. 2L. 10 ticks. Go me.
Sleep. <30. 6. Great.
Mood. Average then high after 4pm Coughing frequently, phlegm, sinus blocked...annoying!

Saturday. Crossfit yes. Lifting. Yes. Snatch 5x1 32kg C&J 5x1 45kg FSQ 5x2 52kg Handstand challenge. Yes. Walks 4 steps again. Holds 3 seconds. HSPU with 2 ab mats plus grey mat, shoulders smoked haha.
Food so far... Green juice pre wod. Oats milk honey post wod. And hemp force shake with water.
Sleep. 30-60. 7ish. Great sleep!
Mood. High.

Saturday food cont. Bacon and egg toasted sandwich with cheese. Greek yogurt with jam. Blood orange. @ my nieces 1st b'day party - musk sticks, red licorice, lots of cake, cookies, Doritos...ahhhhh!! @marys. Double Mary's burger. Could only eat 2/3 fries. About 4 cocktails, 1 cider, the best mash and gravy ever, 1 fried chicken piece. Blood orange Water. About 2L

Sunday. Rest day. Handstands at the park. Looking into parkour and circus skills/hand balancing. Food. Green juice. Lamington large latte. Chicken drumstick. Omelette - 2 eggs, red&yellow capsicum, baby spinach, BBQ chicken, cheese. Big pack potato chips. Blood orange quencher. Lindt chocolate. Salmon fillet, asparagus, green leaves, tomatoes, feta. Lindt chocolate. Figs covered in chocolate. Sleep. <30.8+ great Mood. High. Water. 2L. Did 10x10 gulps but reward was pointless as I ate junk food all day. Rewarded purely from being hydrated!

Monday Crossfit yes. Handstand challenge at park. Got a clear 5 seconds x2!!! Relaxing shoulders helps as does grasping ground with fingers. Green juice. Some porridge but not much. 2 toast with jam. Greek yogurt with jam. 2 toast tin baked beans. 2 egg omelette, baby spinach, yellow capsicum, cheese. Hemp force shake with coco water/water Green curry slow cooked, 2 chicken lovely legs, rice, steamed broccoli.
Water. 2 L - success with water intake intervention! Go me! It's nice feeling hydrated. Have been naturally avoiding coffee some days.
Sleep. <30. 7. Great. Woke very tired. Conditioned to react to Mondays negatively even though I have Mondays off now! Having a list of jobs to do helped motivate me as does dropping John at station at 8:10.
Mood. Average. High after crossfit.

Tuesday. Crossfit. No, was meant to but woke up feeling awful. Slept in until 10:30, recovered. Lifting yes. Snatch 5x5 30kg. BS.6x2 55kg/55/60/60/60kg Hang clean pull. 5x5. 65kg. Mobility. Yes with my new kit. Handstands. Yes. About 5mins but not quite. (Holds)
Food. Brought b/fast in bed, had to be nice and eat - actually made me feel better. Chicken sausages, scrambled eggs, baby spinach, avocado. Green juice Left over green curry, 2 chicken lovely legs, rice Yogurt with jam Macadamias goji berries. Hemp force shake coco water Meat balls, homemade tomato sauce, pasgetti - fuck I can cook! Plus parmasen cheese
Water. 2L hell yeah
Mood. High
Sleep. <30. 7 maybe. Woke early 4am (2nd day in a row). Average.

Wednesday. Crossfit. Yes Lifting no Handstands yes. At the park with the pups, almost face planted as arms fatigued. Mobility yes love my new kit yo Yoga with Christian.
Food. Force green juice down. 1 jam toast. Pre wod. Feel shit again! Hemp force. Baby purée. Post. Spaghetti meatballs sauce. HUGEamount. Yogurt with jam. Date and nut bar. Chicken curry rice. Chocolate with dried fruit/peel Feel like a hemp force and a bubble-o-bill
Water. About 200ml off 2L - I'll get there.
Sleep. <30. 5. Great. Early waking again.
Mood. High....but I want to scratch someone.
Pain - right forearm, nothing new though. Really might do bikram more.

Thursday Crossfit no. Took rest day to save energy for lifting Lifting. Clean 5x5 -42.5kg BSQ 6x2 - 55 and rest 60kg Jerk 5x3 40kg Hang snatch pull 5x5 55kg. Kept losing grip in last 2 sets. My hands stopped working, only got through 4 Handstand about 5 mins. Getting closer to face plants - ouch. Mobility yeah
Food Pick at my brekky in bed - sausages, egg, avocado, baby spinach - mainly sausage. Force green juice down. Baked beans - ahh that's better Gloria jeans spinach and cheese filo, latte, custard tart. Banana, macadamia nuts, goji berries. Pizzas homemade cheese ham pineapple on its way.
Mood. Average/low. But moving and lifting increase mood instantly!
Sleep. 60-90. 5. Great. Early waking. Went back to bed after dropping John off. Lied around until noon - avoiding life. My ideal me would spring out of bed at 6am or so and be like "hello sun! Hello world! I love you" but instead I'm the complete opposite...when behaviours and beliefs don't align you can either change your belief (the easiest thing to do) or change your behaviour (the hard thing to do) I'm not giving up - I will change this bx!!
Water. Being hydrated was not apart of the lounging around plan. About 500ml. Hopefully double that by bed.
Glad I took a rest day from crossfit today! Don't want to overtrain. Quality lifts/wods over quantity is where I'm at today.

Friday. Crossfit yes. Lifting no. Handstands. Yes about 5 mins worth. Feeling good for 2" Food Green juice. Hemp force, 500ml milk, banana smoothie - couldn't stomach solid food. 2 egg omelette, ham, mozzarella. Hemp force water post wod Starving seriously hangry! Thai. Mixed entree. Prawns battered fried honey soy chilli sauce. Fried noodles. Green veg. Yummmmm. Some chocolate Feel like I need more food, like I've lost 2kg this week. Water. 1.5L. So far! Still time.... Sleep. 90+. 4. Average. Wake feeling nauseated and sick again. All week man! Mood. Highish. But not. Waking and not feeling myself, hard to get going. Lots of pain all week, tired, not very hungry, feel ill. Hope it pasts

Saturday Crossfit yes Lifting. Snatch 6x4. 25kg - working below % BSQ. 6x3 52.5kg. Below %. Was pretty fast, not much struggle. No clean pulls as tired. Handstands. 6 steps!!!!! Finally moved past 4 steps. Now I'm making progress lateral wall walks. Shoulder touches, much improvement with those today. Got some awesome advice re muscle ups from Sven who recommended: 1. Top of dip on rings then drop down low and fast simultaneously pull knees towards chest - fast and drop! 2. Band under butt. Arms straight hanging from rings, open hips and move them towards rings (no arms). Do a super fast sit up. Pull heels to butt to activate hamstrings to do the sit up. 3. Swing on high rings and open hips, no arms - something I used to do.

I think I lost the last post Saturday cont. food. Green juice. Protein shake coco water. Denise's protein bar Sausages, toast, avocado, chutney. Another protein bar. Same Thai dish as Friday - honey prawns. Mixed entree. 2 big bowls ice cream. Toast jam peanut butter. Some cheese biscuits, make me feel gross so stop. Sleep. <30. 8. Great. Mood. High Water. Not quite 2 L. 1.5?

Food. Green juice. Omelette. 2 eggs, cheese, capsicum, chicken. 3 raisin toast butter Pot of "detox" tea Yogurt, banana, jam Hamburger from local chicken shop take away denises protein bar Some chicken (wing, half a breast) Toast, tomato paste, avocado, chicken, ham, salami, cheese pizza toast x1 2 jam toast Pot of "evening tea" Chocolate. Just want to eat and eat and eat!!! Think I need more dinner as I just picked at food all night - maybe eggs on toast??? Damn it's late and Im hungry.....found baby purée, macadamia nuts, goji berries. Hungry but feel full.
Water. 1L plus 1L from herbal tea = 2L
Mood high
Sleep. < 30. 7. Great. Woke at 4 well rested, couldn't get back to sleep.

Monday Crossfit yes. Destroyed me. Lifting no Handstands no Hollow rocks yes. Day 1 of 30 day challenger ride Mobility yes kind of Food Green juice. 2 eggs scrambled, 2 toast.. Coffee milk oil. Large latte. 3:30pm starving, shopping, crazy all day. Huge chicken and Brie roll toasted. It was half price. It made me feel ill. Dinner - wod and bad food,... eventually manage 2 tacos (chicken, avo, baby spinach) Hungry but feel too gross and hot to eat... flavoured coconut water...hungry but not. I might have a Denise protein bar and baby food snack Water. Not 2L. 1.5L. Mood. High Sleep. <30, 6-7. Great. Tried some new magnamusclenighteze tonight. See how that goes....maybe no more iPad 2 hrs b4 bed - but that sucks mum! Maybe an hour - okay maybe.
