Tuesday Lifting. Snatch 2x2 32.5kg 3x1 35kg Snatch pull 2x3 40kg 2x3 40kg 3" pause BS 5x3 50kg Jerk. 35/45/55..failed 60, knocked my chin. Hardcore. Mobility. Yep Handstand challenge. Traversing the wall laterally a few times. Some holds. Nothing too extensive bro.
Food. Big bowl oats, coconut fat, milk, honey. Green juice. Lunch. 2 tacos, lots of chicken, 1 avocado, leaves. Maccas latte and macaroon to "make me feel better", worked. Yogurt, coconut spread, coconut fat, honey. Ricotta with jam (a few mouthfuls) Hemp force shake coco water Dinner. 2 homemade veggie curry puffs. 1.5 toasted waffle, maggie bear ice cream!!

Sleep. 30-60. Great 6 hrs.
Mood. Wake low mood, actively "get out" of the hole so I can face work. By 1pm average. After barbell high.

Wednesday. Crossfit - 3 rips in hands FSQ. 5x 75% 45kg 3x 80% 47.5 1x85% 50 5x 80% 47.5 3x85% 50 1x90% 55kg Mobility. Yes ball Other - damn no handstands today.
Food. Big bowl oats, milk, honey, coco fat Green juice A really gross $1 coffee from caltex Instant coffee and arnotts biscuits from client 2 veggie curry puff from last night Yogurt jam coco fat Hamp force shake coco water Almost 1/2 a chicken, 2 bread rolls, baby spinach. Maybe some cheese and biscuits! I'm frucking hungry!

Thursday Crossfit yes Lifting power snatch 2x2 30kg 3x1 35kg Clean 2x2 45kg 3x1 47.5/47.5/45 Clean pull 2x3 50kg 3x1 60kg I think Push press 1x5 35kg 2x4 37.5kg Really fatigued! Just feel fucked. Hands made it harder than it had to be. Poo! Some handstand challenge. Some mobility pre lifting.
Food. Small bowl oats, milk, coco fat, honey. green juice pre wod Date bar post wod. Butter chicken 2 thighs with cauliflower rice. Coconut water. Chicken bread roll 1/2 avocado - 2 lunches. Ricotta with jam coco fat. Pre lifting Banana, mandarin, small pack macadamia nuts, Greek yogurt. Wave of tiredness just before lifting! Dinner. 3 drumsticks, chicken cacciatore. Cauliflower rice. Wasabi cheese with biscuits as the finisher. Going to have another carton coconut water. Feel thirsty... Water - 1 litre (really <) Mood. High (hyper) Sleep. <30. 7+hrs. Great.

.....sleep Thursday night. <30. 7+. Great. Plus ate 2.5 lamb feta sausages, avocado, baby spinach.
Saturday
Crossfit. Yes. Did 2 wods. Figured I was so funked that the 2nd wod couldn't do any more hurty. Lifting. Yes. In between wods. Stuck to percentages! FSQ. 4x2. 50kg Power clean. 2x2 42.5 3x1 45kg Hang snatch. 2x2. 27.5kg 3x1 30kg Skipped OHS. did some bench presses for fun. Other. Handstand challenge. Got 4 nice steps before tapping wall. Transitioning nicely/controlled. Traversing laterally. Then shoulder touches (same hand/shoulder) could do 3 then fell down. Some awesome group dancing in open gym today :-D

Food Eggs, capsicum, coconut fat. Green juice. Small bowl porridge. Greek yogurt with jam. Cruskets with cheese. Cauliflower and capsicum soup, 2 toast Cookies. Coffee chocolate eclair Dinner - 4 types of protein. Chicken schnitzel, minute steak, bacon, egg. 1 bread roll. 2 squares Lindt chocolate.
Water. Woke up so thirsty. Drunk about 1 L in bed. 2L all up.
Sleep. <30. 7+. Great.
Mood. High. Very tired/grumpy at night. Not feeling great.

Cider alcohol @ hair salon Hemp force shake coconut water (waiting for j to finish crossfit, so hungry so I make a shake, went well with cider) Seafood risotto - yes so happy to get home to risotto!!!!

In order to increase water intake, I am attempting to drink 10 gulps of water every time I see my bottle of water (1x1/2 hour intervals) didn't remember enough today so might even set an alarm?
