Friday 27/9/13 Snatch 10x1 @ 76kg:
76-76-76-76-76-76-76-76-76-76 Decided that for 10x1 sets I will be only doing 10 attempts, not make 10. Hopefully this will force me to be more consistent with the heavy weights. 7/10 is okay, but for 76kg I would like to be 9/10 or 10/10.
Clean complex @ 40-50-55kg. 3 Hang Clean + push press 3 Hang clean + push jerk 3 hang clean + split jerk

Behind the Neck Split Jerk 6x2 @ 40-50-60-70-80-90(was done in singles as i could not re-rack 90kg)

Traps are very tight and sore today.
