Tuesday 2/7/13Push press 3×5 @ 52.5kg Power clean 5×3 @ 65kg Clean pull 5×4 @ 92.5kg Front squat 5×3 @ 87.5kg. Thursday 4/7/13Snatch – 3 x 52.5kg, 2 x 62.5kg, 2 x 67.5kg, 1 x 70kg, 1 x 75kg, 1 x 80kg (this was the heavy single at roughly 90%) Clean & Jerk – 3 x 65kg, 2 x 77.5kg, 2 x 82.5kg, 1 x 87.5kg, 1 x 92.5kg, 1 x 97.5kg (Also around 90%) Front squat – 105kg SLDL – 3 x 5 @ 60kg. No misses the whole night, really happy with that Saturday 6/7/13Snatch - 2×3, 3×2 @ 67.5kg (About 3 misses all up, need to reduce that) Snatch Pull – 5×3 @ 80kg Pause Back Squat – 5×4 (3 sec pause) @ 85kg Jerk – Ran out of time, which was unfortunate

Saturday 20/7/13 Front Squat- 4x2 @ 100kg. Power Clean- 2x2 @ 75kg - 3x1 @ 80kg. Hang Snatch (from the knee)- 2x2 @ 60kg - 3x1 @ 65kg Overhead Squat- Heavy single @ 90kg (PB!) - Was tired and sore. Would like to try 100kg soon. Some Handstand Walk practice.

Tuesday 23/7/13 Snatch: 3x52.5kg 2x62.5kg 2x67.5kg 1x72.5kg 1x77.5kg 1x85kg 0x91kg (so close!!!)
Clean and Jerk: Can't remember what weights I was using but my heavy single was 100kg.
Back Squat- Heavy single @ 120kg
RDL- 3x5 @ 60kg.
Wednesday 24/7/13 WOD 80kg Backsquats and 5kg Chinups. 550m IWCF run - 7:28 RX'd.
