Snatch – heavy single = 62.5kg (90%x1 = 56.5kg 95%x1 = 60kg, HS) x 3
Took ages!!
Clean & Jerk – heavy single = 75kg (90%x1+1 = 67.5kg, 95%x1+1 = 72.5kg, HS) x 3
Clean Pull – 105% (of cln) x 2 x 5 - Ran out of time
Front Squat – heavy single = 120kg (PR),
(90%x1 = 107.5kg, 95%x1 =115kg, HS) x 3
Tough workout, took me over 90mins! Smashed now!

Snatch – heavy single = 60kg 90% of HS x 1 = 55kg 95% of HS x1 = 57.5kg 100% of HS x1 = 60kg 90%x2x3 = 55kg (Only 2 sets due to time)
Clean & Jerk – heavy single = 77.5kg, (one attempted to equal PR of 80kg's) 90% of HS x1+1, 95% of HS x1+1 = 75kg , 100% of HS x1+1 = 77.5kg, 90%x1+1 x3 = 70kg
Clean Pull – 95% (of cln) x 2 x 5 Not done, ran out of time
Front Squat – heavy single = 120kg (Equal PR),
90% = 100kg (under 90% but all I could manage after the 120kg previous lift)
95% of = 105kg
100% of HS 110kg,
90%x2x3

Friday 2/5/14 Snatch – 60%x2 = 40kg 70%x2 = 45kg 80%x2, = 52.5kg 85%x2 = 55kg 90%x2 = 58.5kg 95%x1 = 61kg - Missed twice
Clean & Jerk – 60%x2+1 = 50kg 70%x2+1 = 55kg 80%x2+1 = 65kg 85%x2+1 =68kg 90%x2+1 = 72.5kg 95%x1+1 = 75kg (missed jerk)
Back Squat – heavy single = 130kg
(90% of HS x 1 = 120kg, 95% of HS x 1 = 125kg, 100% of HS x 1 = 130kg) x 3

Mighty Mouse Tuesday Week 1
OHS + snatch balance 3×3 = 45kg, 47.5 x 2 clean 9RPEx3x1, -10%x3x2 = 90kg for triple, then 81kg for 3 x 2 pause (5s) back squat 9RPEx5x1 = 95kg split press5x10 = 30kg (horrible) RDL 5×5 = 90kg
