%'s a bit over as felt OK. One miss at 52.5kg (third rep) trying to start with bar closer to shins.

Bit over %'s for 80kg 1 RM. Felt better when I worked on splitting feet wider, not necessarily further out. My split is too narrow, wider felt better

Felt good until 85% set, which were rubbish. But had a PR on Tuesday so happy to put it down to a bad day.

Back Squat – 4@10 = 120kg 10% drop = 108kg
SLDL – 3×5 = 95kg
Bit sore from Monday/Tuesday wods, but who isnt!

Only one that felft good were the 90% and 95%. Maybe warm up more?
