Sleep (Wednesday night): 3-4 hours
Pain: Chronic ache in left hip
Swelling and hypersensitivity right ankle with swelling, heat, and neuropathic pain level 4. Loss of skin.
Pain in right wrist, elbow, and forearm.
Consumption
8am (pre-WoD)
Banana and fresh coconut water
10am (post-WoD)
Green juice (cucumber, zucchini, parsley, kale, rainbow chard, turmeric, lime, pomegranate)
12pm black coffee
Lunch 1pm
one large sweet potato steamed
100g mixed mushroom fried in coconut fat
3 biodynamic eggs fried in coconut fat
100g smoked salmon
handful fresh parsley and coriander
2 cloves crushed garlic
3pm snack
Raw vegan (Paleoish) tiramisu cake and black coffee
Dinner 6pm (pre-BB Club)
Large steamed sweet potato
100g ocean trout pan fried in coconut butter
Herbs, chili and garlic (fresh)
9pm snack
Banana, quark and raw honey
Friday 21 June
Sleep 5-6 hours
Pain: Left hip ache and reduced mobiity. Uneven squatting pressing into left side.
Right ankle swelling and hypersensitivity. No effect on running.
Exhausted and emotional. Depressed about crappy snatch.
8am (pre-WoD)

10am post-WoD
Green juice (cucumber, kale, chard, lemon, parsley, turmeric, pomegranate)
Lunch 11.30 (early at Cafe Petty Cash)
Scrambled eggs and pathetic little amount of haloumi

1/2 cup quinoa (soaked overnight)

Tablespoon dulse flakes
Coconut aminos and pink himalayan salt

Saturday 22 June
Feeling really tired. Enthusiastic to train though hating the cold and rain.

Green juice: Cucumber, kale, parsley, turmeric, lime, pomegranate (experimenting with adding fruit after long running WoDs)

Mixed cottage cheese and quark with coconut syrup

Large roasted sweet potato and zucchini

Sunday 23 June
Rest day. Though I would like to get in an asana this arvo if I can leave my warm dry house... Especially after yesterdays pathetic BB Club effort. I didn't do much of the program and I didn't really want to, which is rare. I was feeling a deep exhaustion and chill. I guess running in ghe rain with a wet wallball didn't really help. Maybe I need more concrete.
Sleep: 7-8 hours
Pain: A little nervy in my right ankle. Something to do with barometric pressure, I think.
9am Breakfast
Fresh coconut water. Too chilled for green juice today. Not a good idea to drink green juice with a chill.
10.30am morning tea
Long black and 2 coconut banana muffins from the markets.
2pm lunch
Medium sweet potato steamed
Three fried eggs
Portabello mushroom fried in coconut fat with garlic and chilli
Fresh herbs and broccoli sprouts
Amazing chevre cheese. So amazing.
Apple cider vinegar
4pm snack
Herbal tea and 80g organic milk chocolate (made with cane sugar but no soya lechtin)
6:30 dinner
Slow cooked pumpkin, zucchini, garlic, turmeric, basil soup
Pan-fried salmon (skin-on)
