Clean & Jerk –
Clean pull added in. Need to stop pulling early. But I think my bar path is closer.
60% x 3+1, 36kg 65% x 3+1, 40kg 70% x 3+1, 42.5kg 75% x 3+1 x 3 45kg (did 4 sets by accident)
Clean Pull – 95% (of clean) x 3 x 4 Did 60kg, which is technically 100% of my clean.
Back Squat – 5×6@9
Did 55kg, which wasn't a 9 and did't feel heavy particularly. But my knees have been really sore the last few days.

I've been having wrist and forearm pain in my left arm when I catch the snatch. More accurately when I dump the snatch. It's ok up until 35kg then it hurts. I am feeling really frustrated because I feel as though I am slowly conquering my fears and preparing to snatch a decent weight. I don;t know how to fix this. Maybe I should see Luke or Antony. I think the problem originates in the stabilisers in my mid/upper back. I guess the medium term plan is to fix that with mobility, strength work and chiropractic. So annoying.
