pm b squat up to 160 jerk from rack, up to 130, slight press out

140412 High hang snatch+ snatch 55x1x3 i am terrible at this, jumping forward, using my arms.
Adv group session (first bit anyway) Emom going up by 5kg push press 60-120kg f squat 125-165kg Happy with that
