Thursday, 19 February 2014 Clean, clean pull 6 x 3 25kg for all sets
Push press 6 x 4 25kg for all sets but easy... couldn't get 27.5kg up to front rack so clearly need to work on cleans. I think I could push press more next time.
Back squat 5 x 5 45kg for all sets
Snatch lift-off 5 x 3 35kg for all sets, did pretty well but need to work on the form. Bit of an awkward movement.

Memory gone from Tuesday as I only just signed up, but will record workout after completion. Can't remember exact sets x reps, but I think 5 x 5...
Snatch balance 15kg for the first set then four sets at 25kg **I think**
Split jerk 25kg for all sets. Quite confident with this exercise, definitely a favourite.
Front Squat 35kg for all sets. Felt good, quite like front squats over back squats, but need to work on pushing my knees out instead of them buckling inward.
Clean pull 6 x 4 35kg felt easy but a bit of an awkward movement. Get the concept though.

6 x 3 Snatch balance All sets at 20kg. Lighter this week... definitely need to warm up more.
5 x 4 Front squat 2 sets at 35 then 3 at 40kg. Happy with my front squats, and been concentrating on keeping my knees going outward.
5 x 3 Split jerk 25kg all sets. Felt easier cleaning it up but my balance was a bit off. Please I am training myself to bring front foot in first and also putting more weight to the back leg during the movement.
5 x 3 snatch lift off Getting the movement more than last week.
