First time back to BB in a long time, went light and I should start using a hookgrip :

I will edit this after tonight, I just thought I'd capture my exercise:
4.1 km run - 30 min (slow!) 1km row - 4:01 min
Naegling
Hang snatch+ Snatch 5×2 - 45 kg Clean + 2 jerks 5×2 - 60 kg Flat foot Snatch pulls 5×5 - 60 kg (should have gone heavier)

Naegling
Snatch 6×3 - 45kg (still have issues catching it low)
Jerk 6×4 - 55kg
Front squat 5×5 - 85kg (can go heavier)
