PBs Snatch 47.5kg Back Squat 95kg Clean 67.5kg Front Squat 90kg Saturday 28th Sept 2013 Snatch 10 x 1 30, 30, 35, 35, 37.5, 37.5, 40, 40, 45, 45 Clean complex - high hang, PP, hang, PP, full SJ x 5 35, 35, 35, 35, 37.5kg - this hurt Sumo deadlift high pull Worked up to 1RM - hit 100kg - stopped there. Tuesday 1 oct 2013 snatch 3 x 10 25, 25, 25, 30, 32.5, 35,35, 37.5, 40, 45kg Clean Complex - 47.5, 50, 52.5, 55, 57.5 Back Squat 1x 8 @80% 72kg Thursday 3rd Oct 2013 Pause Snatch Pull, Hang Snatch, Snatch 10x1 25,25,30,30,35,35,37.5,37.5,40, 45 - failed the hang and snatch at 45 a few times.. rested, reattempt, got it behind head split jerk 6x2 30,30,35,40,40,45 Shoulder Press 35,30,32.5,32.5,35 - wasn't warm first set, needed to go down. SHOULDER press sucks. Saturday 5th Oct 2013Clean and Jerk 10x3 35, 37.5, 40, 42.5, 45, 47.5, 50, 52.5, 55, 60 - no fails the last jerk was a questionable push up but I wasn't doing it again. Sumo DL 3x8 at 60% 60kgs
