BC Session 1 So, as a result of some quality stupidity on my behalf, I have managed to delete my entire set of records and notes for my first BC session. From memory, I managed to make it to: - C & J: 30kg
- Snatch: 15kg
- Jerk: 36kg
- Front squat 30kg
I'm fairly happy with this progress considering I couldn't even do a full depth squat when I started 6 weeks ago. On the less positive side, I missed far more sessions due to work, travel and being sick than I had anticipated. Further, I completely dropped the ball on getting to the regular morning WOD's as I found it really difficult to balance work and being sore from the Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday sets. My aim for session 2 is to make it to at least 2 additional WOD sessions on top of the 3 BC sessions so I will see how I go. I'm a very average crossfitter at the best of times so I'm hoping I will start to see some improvements in my WOD results after having done these sessions.
With shiny new lifting shoes in hand, I will try to not delete anything this time and get back to practising the lifts.
