In the next 6-12 weeks I would like to do the following:
Current PBs/Goals Snatch: 48/50 Clean: 61/65 Jerk: 65/67.5 Front squat: 65/67.5 Back Squat: 72.5/75
I'm also working on strict pullups and chin ups, ring dips and handstand walks.
