So I think I pb'ed my bench tonight (57.5kg!!! caz I haven't done it in ages!) so I decided to start a thread to keep me going, and keep me feeling like I am improving. Sometimes it feels like I am just on a massive plateau...
So I want an 80 kg c&j by the end of the year. Hopefully with a proper squat, not power. And to hit 62.5kg snatch. Short term goal - get my front squat back to 80 (it's down to 70) and get back squat to 90 - it hasn't moved from 85 in over a year. Lots of squats in classes at he moment so hopefully this is achievable. Also going to do 5x3 strict pu and negative dips when I'm mucking around at the gym.

Yesterday I did a 100kg back squat. Put 15kg on it from before!!! Need to work on depth but.
Also did a 67.5kg OHS on Saturday.
Motivated.
