9/7/13 BB P/S- 5x2 @ 30 and 35kg (Elbow very sore, cannot grib the bar properly. Felt heavy as havnt snatched for weeks) Clean – 2×3 3×2 @35/45 kg (Too light but elbow sore) Clean Pull – 5×3 @ 55kg (Too light, elbow sore) Front Squat – 5×3 @ 55kg (no excuse for training light in this one, just a shit day)
WOD Pull-Ups. red band
‘Partner Helen’ As many rounds as possible in 20mins of: Run 400m 21 Kettlebell Swings 16 kg 12 Pull-ups (used black band) = 6 rounds
1min of toes to bar= 6only (need to work on lats) Max effort L-Sit = 29 secs
Food Turkey breast cooked on coconut oil 1 cup steamed sweet potato 1/4 avocado 1 green apple
3x Lamb chops on coconut oil 1/2 cup muschrooms 1 zucchini small handful kale 2tbs ricotta
2 glases wine and then popcorn :(
