Fenris (17/09/2013) Dip Snatch + snatch 5×1 (work up to a heavy set). 50kg, 55kg missed did snatch, 55kg, 60kg, 60kg, 65kg missed dig snatch, 65kg missed snatch. note press out, lock out push press 5×5 (Increase each set). 60kg. 5th set tired and heavy. Sumo Deadlift 7×1. got up to 150kg. note: rounding lower back. do nom more that 80% next time. maintain form
